Youth Summarize the Agenda on Ambition and Resilience in the Race to Zero
Event date: November 19, 2020
“Global youth advocates call for industry Giants to ‘speed up’ in the Race to Zero”.
From soil to store to plate, wellhead to wheel, the youth are asking the right questions about how we can build a sustainable world that gives young people vocational opportunities and ensures that we are not left with a barren planet?
This event will summarize key takeaways from the Youth setting the Agenda dialogues and present an outline of how the HLCs and the youth will follow up with commitments and actions proposed with industry leaders during the dialogues.
Speakers will include both the High Level Climate Champions, Nisreen Elsaim Chairperson of the UN Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change and representatives from The Resilient 40, Oxford Net Zero, and COP 26 Champion Team.
