Job opening: Oxford Net Zero Programme Administrator (now closed)

Oxford Net Zero is looking for a Programme Administrator to join its team at the School of Geography and the Environment.

The postholder will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the programme, from organising meetings and hybrid events; to managing diaries, travel and expenses; supporting recruitment; and helping us connect with partners across government, business and civil society.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident with communication, IT and financial processes.
  • Able to manage a busy workload and competing priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic about making a difference.

An interest in climate change and sustainability, or experience in a research environment, would be an advantage.

This post is fixed-term until 31 December 2026 and is offered on a part-time basis (25.5 hours/0.7 FTE).
