Second Report on the Determination of the Needs of Developing Country Parties

At COP24 in Katowice, Poland, the Conference of the Parties asked the Standing Committee on Finance to prepare, every four years, a report on the determination of the needs of developing country Parties related to implementing the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement. This is the second Determination of Needs Report. It gives an overview of the needs of developing country Parties based on information available as of 30 June 2024.
