Lucilla is the Programme Manager for the Net Zero Regulation and Policy Hub, for which she provides administrative management and research support.

Before joining the Hub, Lucilla was a Research Assistant at Oxford Net Zero and the Lemann Programme, and a MPP student at the Blavatnik School of Government, from the 2021 class. Lucilla is originally from Brazil, where she served in local and regional governments, working on open government and innovation policies.
